Discovered in the Middle to Late Jurassic Tiaojishan Formation of Linglongta, Jianchang County, Liaoning Province, China (dating back approximately 160 million years), it is recognized as the earliest known feathered theropod. The exceptional fossil preservation displays clear feather impressions wrapped around the skeletal remains, notably featuring elaborate pennaceous feathers on both forelimbs, hindlimbs, and the tail—a configuration previously unprecedented in extinct species. This milestone discovery fills a critical evolutionary gap in the transition from dinosaurs to birds.
The sculpt is meticulously reconstructed based on rigorous scientific research of fossil skeletal structures and melanosome-derived feather patterns, perfectly capturing a fleeting, natural moment of this nimble creature resting within its primeval environment.
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
【 STUDIO & SPECIFICATIONS 】
Studio: LEE-忠义制作 (Lizhongyi Studio)
Featured Species: Anchiornis huxleyi
Scale: 1:2 Scale
Dimensions:
Model Body: Height: 7.1" (180 mm) | Curvature Length: 10.2" (260 mm)
Overall Diorama Dimensions (Includes Base): 9.1" L (230 mm) × 6.3" W (160 mm) × 10.6" H (270 mm)
Complimentary Fossil Gift:
Fossil Replica (Includes Display Stand): 5.1" (130 mm) × 4.3" (110 mm)
Material Composition: High-Quality 8017 Grey AB Resin
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
【 EDITIONS & SHIPPING TIMELINE 】
Grey Resin Kit:
Shipping Schedule: Estimated to dispatch in Fourth Quarter (Q4).
Painted Finished Edition:
Shipping Schedule: Master hand-painted custom units processed sequentially based on order queue following the dispatch of the Grey Resin Kit, with a total painting and fulfillment period of 90 days.
International Logistics Perk: All-Inclusive Tax / DDP Shipping provided for all destinations across the United States and Europe.
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
【 PACKAGE INCLUDES 】
1 × 1:2 Scale Anchiornis huxleyi Model Figure (Includes custom primitive forest diorama base)
1 × Commemorative Fossil Gift (Includes independent display stand)
1 × Individually Numbered Limited Collector's Card
1 × Protective Packaging Box
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
【 INQUIRIES & ORDERS 】
Email: prehistoricgarage2023@gmail.com

https://prehistoricgarage.com/products/anchiornis-huxleyi-statue-model-kit-1-2-scale-lizhongyi-studio
