Welcome to Prehistoric Garage. As a studio specializing in high-end, museum-grade prehistoric art, our fulfillment process differs from standard retail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

### 1. PRE-ORDER & DEPOSIT POLICY (IMPORTANT)
Most of our models are limited-edition pieces produced upon request.
- **Deposits:** All deposits are **NON-REFUNDABLE**. Upon receiving your deposit, we immediately allocate funds to the studio/factory for materials and production slots.
- **Balance Payments:** Once production is complete, you will be notified to pay the remaining balance. Shipping will only occur after the full payment is received.
- **Cancellations:** If you decide to cancel a pre-order, the deposit will not be refunded.

### 2. CUSTOM & HAND-PAINTED ART
Items from "Hedy's Painting" or other custom-commissioned series are unique works of art. 
- Due to the high cost of labor and specialized materials, **custom-painted items are final sale** and cannot be returned or refunded once the painting process has begun.

### 3. RETURNS (FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY)
For standard in-stock items, we have a 30-day return policy.
- To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us at prehistoricgarage2023@gmail.com. If accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

### 4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos/videos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

### 5. REFUNDS
If a refund is approved (only applicable under specific conditions), it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the transaction.
